William F. Kanzer

Bill Kanzer is the President/Owner of Kanzer Associates, Inc., a retained executive search firm based in Chicago, Illinois, which he founded. Bill has over 20 years of experience in executive search.

 

Kanzer Associates, Inc. has built senior management teams and corporate boards and has helped corporations with organizational design and development. It has shaped leadership teams working across a wide variety of service and industrial manufacturing businesses, recruiting candidates with a diverse range of leadership skills to major corporations and successful small businesses.

 

Bill has conducted numerous C-Suite, Board and senior level management searches covering various functional disciplines in consumer products, financial services, healthcare, media and entertainment, retail, insurance, manufacturing, professional consulting services, telecommunications and not-for-profit organizations.

 

Prior to commencing his career in executive search, Bill served as President/Chief Operating Officer of Intermarket Publishing Corporation, a venture capital backed early stage media information company that focused on educating and informing corporations and exchange traders on managing financial risk management through the use of complex derivative instruments. Before joining Intermarket, Bill worked for The Economist Newspaper Ltd. of London, Crain Communications and Billboard Publications, Inc. Bill has extensive management experience in publishing, marketing, sales and consulting in the production of high quality publications.

 

Bill Kanzer has an undergraduate degree in Business Management from DePaul University in Chicago. Bill is a member and has served on various committees of The Economic Club of Chicago. Bill also hosts the CEO Exchange Forum, a semi-annual gathering of executives to facilitate an exchange of thoughts and ideas on topics that are important to them from a diverse group of CEO’s in a wide range of industries.
